About Green Tint

Green Tint is an independent publication launched in May 2023 by Paul Swydan.

Paul Swydan is the owner and operator of The Silver Unicorn Bookstore, and the curator of the Boston.com Book Club, a monthly book club that reads books by New England authors and/or with a New England setting.

In his prior life, Paul was a sports writer and editor, and also worked in the sports industry, most notably for the Colorado Rockies and Boston Red Sox. Paul has written for The Boston Globe, Boston.com, FanGraphs, The Hardball Times, ESPN the Magazine, and Pitchfork, among many others. It is in the spirit of that past writing life, and not having anywhere to put his hot sports takes now that he has quit Twitter that this newsletter came to be. See more about Paul here.
